Partnership Manager
Tina Jordan, Partnership Manager, has a passion for growing memberships, generating campaigns, and fundraising. She works with our Partners to ensure they make the most of their membership while engaging new organizations, coordinating new imperative Camber programs, CRM management, and more!
Tina says, “One of the best parts of my job is supporting our Partners in encouraging new perspectives. Having all the same type of people in a room limits ideas and growth. Having Boards, Leadership and workforces that include a diversity of talent will lead to new ideas and engaging new markets”
She brings over a decade worth of experience rooted in collaboration, commitment, and passion. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at California State University, Long Beach, Tina spent many years serving as Senior Membership and Healthy Lifestyles Director at the YMCA.
Tina strongly believes the first step to building workplace DEI should start with listening and education; while implementing boards, organizational leadership, and workforces that reflect DEI initiatives will progress new ideas and engage markets for years to come.
