Support Camber Outdoors

Thank you for considering a charitable donation to support Camber Outdoors’ work to increase inclusion, equity, and diversity throughout the workplaces that comprise the $887 billion outdoor recreation economy, which currently employs more than seven million individuals.

Your financial contribution will help provide systemic operational supports that promote inclusion, equity, and diversity across communities that have been persistently underrepresented in the workplaces of the outdoor recreation economy.

Donate year round up to $1,000. Every dollar counts and every dollar is appreciated. At Camber Outdoors, our partner dues only cover 40% of our programming. Every gift helps with our impact.

Your gift will support Camber Outdoors work in advancing career opportunities, leadership, and entrepreneurship for women and underrepresented groups in the active-outdoor industries. Supporting the vision of workplace equity.

These donors make annual gifts of $1,000 or more to provide critical funding to speed the development of new initiatives. Accelerator Society members make annual gifts of $1,000 or more to provide critical, aggregate funding to speed the development of new initiatives to advance Camber Outdoors expanded mission and to sustain programs core to our vision, including:

  • Mentoring, tools, a network, and a platform to accelerate the growth of small businesses and promote innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship
  • Leadership development and advancement opportunities for all women
  • Guidance, coaching, and support from experts and industry executives that volunteer as mentors

Your investment in these efforts will ensure that women and other underrepresented groups will directly and substantially impact the outdoors with a seat and a voice at the leadership table, to ensure that the leadership teams of companies that create products essential to a safe and fun outdoors experience reflects the diversity of those engaging in outdoor activities, today and into the future.

The Ann Krcik Advocacy Fund ensures that women continue to develop workplace community and career connections that will shape the future of the outdoors.

This is achieved through the Ann Krcik Professional Mentoring Program which is the only cross-company, cross-industry mentoring initiative in the active-outdoor industries that facilitates one-on-one learning and leadership development opportunities between director/manager-level and executive-level women.

We are grateful for the generous support we receive from individuals who support our vision of Everyone’s Outdoors through a mission of equity in the outdoors, from the boardroom to the backcountry.
