Thank you for your interest in partnering with Camber Outdoors. Camber Outdoors is proud to partner with other nonprofits that align with our mission of accelerating workplace equity in the outdoor recreation economy.

  • Option A: Nonprofit annual revenue is less than $10M
  • Option B: Nonprofits with annual revenue exceeding $10Mcan receive a sponsored membership with 50% off your annual dues
  • Industry Transformational Leaders will sponsor membership for all nonprofit partners to organizational development tools, so that Environment-focused organizations can build their workplace DEI capabilities.

    To participate as a sponsored nonprofit, your organization commits to:

    • Existing as a non-profit in good standing, situated in the Outdoor Recreation Economy (501c3, 501c6)
    • Importing your employee roster for activation of your organization’s team members
    • Activating your employees with content to enable inclusive, equitable and diverse workplaces at scale
    • Committing to share through social channels and newsletters, 3 workplace DEI messages from Camber during the year.

    Nonprofit Partnership benefits include:

    • Activation for 100% of employees
    • Access to Camber’s Programs, tools and resources, including our signature Building Blocks of DEI and Voices From the Future of Work.
    • Opportunity for employees to apply for the Professional Mentoring Program
    • Access to Camber’s Job Board
    • Opportunity to participate in annual benchmarking Workplace and Employee Surveys in collaboration with Claremont Evaluation Center
