In an industry that is 81% white, many organizations lack the critical mass of diverse employees to reflect and respond to the needs and preferences of an increasingly diverse consumer base of outdoor enthusiasts. To increase the funnel of diverse talent in the Outdoor Recreation Economy in the workplaces of Camber Partners, Camber has developed the Leaders from The Future of Work Internship Program, Presented by Winnebago Industries, an innovative, diversity, equity, and inclusive (DEI)-focused internship program.

What is Leaders from the Future of Work Internship Program?

Leaders from The Future of Work Internship Program, is an innovative, diversity, equity, and inclusive (DEI)-focused internship program, which engages members of these underrepresented communities below in meaningful paid internships with Camber Partners during the summer:

  • Black
  • Latino
  • Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI)
  • Native/Indigenous
