Why Trust Is Essential to Your COVID-19 Plan

Letter from Our Executive Director:
Why Trust Is Essential to Your COVID-19 Plan

Boulder, CO (March 20, 2020) – Challenging times test us as individuals and as organizations. Speed and chaos feed bias and are the enemy of equity and inclusion.

Our employees present or future, customers, and partners are watching and waiting to see what we will do. Now is the time to build trust and demonstrate your values.

You believed at the beginning of this year that improving equity, inclusion, and diversity was critical to the future of our industry and of your company. Your continued commitment to this work will enable your company to emerge stronger and more successful than ever.

Camber Outdoors has the resources to support you.

In the coming weeks we will be providing our community with the following:

→ We’re hosting webinars on leading with inclusion through COVID-19 and beyond—all of these hour-long events speak directly to the complex challenges our teams and leaders face today. Explore.

→ We are supporting nonprofits and entrepreneurs with FREE membership at this time.

→ We’ve developed a short survey to help our companies and industry respond to real-time workplace concerns. Your participation is important and will only take a few minutes. Take the survey here.

Keep an eye on our website and social media for continued updates.

Most of all remember: Those individuals and companies who remained true to their values of inclusion, equity and diversity will stand taller in the critical days that follow than those who faltered. And the best employees and customers will want to be a part of those companies whose leaders can be relied upon to stand true even when times are hard.

As always, feel free to reach out to us directly with any questions or for additional support.

Sincerely,
Emily Newman
