Camber Exchanges are meet-ups that bring together a community of people who support workplace inclusion, equity, and diversity, and also love the outdoors.
Join Camber Outdoors and Superfeet for a few hours of captivating conversations and networking with peers. The theme of this Camber Exchange is "Inclusive Leadership."

The discussion will be moderated by Annie Quamman (she/her), Director of Human Resources, Superfeet. Panelists include:
Alyssa Macy (she/her), CEO of Washington Environmental Council & Washington Conservation Voters
Alyssa is of Wasco, Navajo, and Hopi descent and is a citizen of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, Oregon, having been raised on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation. Most recently, she served her Nation as COO, and before that worked on transportation, campaign management, communications, and international advocacy issues within United Nations bodies. She is a published writer and co-authored the first-ever national report on Native American voting in 2005.
Dr. Nini Hayes (they/them), Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies at Huxley College of the Environment at WWU
Nini was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, serving as an elementary and middle school teacher before returning to school to study teacher education and social justice education. They now teach the next generation of critical environmental educators.
Kristi Kucera (she/her), Chief Adventure Officer, Owner, & Guide at Moondance Sea Kayak Adventures
In addition to her work in the world of outdoor retail and adventure education, Kristi serves as Vice President on a local non-profit board, Recreation Northwest.
Cindy Segren (she/her), Controller at Superfeet
At Superfeet, Cindy is responsible for overseeing global finance for all of the company's entities in the US, Canada, and Europe. She has spend the last 25 years in progressively more demanding finance roles in Whatcom Country.
Camber Exchanges are free for Camber Outdoors members and $10 for non-members.
