In an ideal world, it’s crystal clear what our professional future holds, and it’s equally clear how we will get there. In actuality, such things are less than perfectly clear, and yet that mustn’t stop us from creating a future that allows us to be our fullest, most authentic selves. In this webinar, we will explore what we know from psychology and habit formation to understand how best to craft and execute a personal development plan.
Jennifer O’Donnell, organization and talent development leader and Human Resource executive, firmly believes that employees deserve workplaces where they feel important, competent, and cared for.
