What kind of support will I get from Camber Outdoors to help my company act on the CEO Pledge?

Camber Outdoors has convened an online, invite-only forum to help member companies activate on their commitment to women's leadership and inclusion within the CEO Pledge. This online forum is a space for one delegate or representative from each member company that has signed the Pledge to access curated resources and guidance, ask questions, and participate in dialogue and discussion surrounding best practices, challenges, and successes.

Are there resources available to help guide us in activating the CEO Pledge?

Yes, Camber Outdoors has adapted guidance on best and promising practices for fostering greater gender diversity and inclusion within companies in the active-outdoor into a handbook. The first module of this handbook is focused on executive commitment and accountability and curates the evidence behind these promising practices, and guidance for action steps your company can take today, this week, and this month.

What happens if the leadership at our company changes? Should our new Executive/CEO sign onto the CEO Pledge?

Yes. Executive leadership is key to ensuring commitments to gender diversity and inclusion within your company to continue to progress. As such, it's important for your company's new Executive/CEO to establish their visible commitment by re-signing the CEO Pledge on behalf of your company.
