Boulder, Colo. Hawi Keflezighi is the owner of Hawi Management, the track & field sports agency. He is credited with masterminding one of the most successful careers in the history of professional running: that of his older brother and marathon legend Meb Keflezighi. Eileen Mulry is the Vice President of Human Resources for SRAM, where she has worked since 2018. Her diverse Human Resources career includes stints in consumer products and industrial manufacturing before she discovered the bicycle industry. Eileen has worked at Kraft Foods, Anheuser Busch InBev, and Terex Cranes, based in Zurich Switzerland. She has worked in training and development, compensation and a variety of HR business partner roles.

Victoria Payne is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Mountain Khakis, and a volunteer mentor with Camber Outdoors’ professional mentoring program. She possesses extensive professional experience in operations and a demonstrated history of working in the retail distribution industry.

Traci Reandeau is the Vice President, Global People and Culture, Fuerst Group, the parent company of KEEN. She is a passionate, creative, and strategic HR professional with more than 20 years of experience specializing in employee relations, employee engagement, corporate culture, and talent management.

The new board members will work alongside Emily Newman, Executive Director of Camber Outdoors, the Camber Outdoors team, the current Camber Outdoors board of directors and more than 7,500 members and partners to usher in a refreshed era of advancing inclusion, equity and access across workplaces in the active-outdoor industries.
